AIS’s subcontractor NBS, as a subcontractor to Computer Science Corporation supported Carderock’s Ship System Engineering Station (SSES) Machinery Control Division, damage control automation team. Our Engineer Raymond Lewis supported the Automated Common Diagrams (ACD) program for the DDG 51 Class destroyers and the Damage Control Quarters (DCQ) (installed on cruisers, carriers and amphibious ships).
NBS developed a full range of documentation for NSWC Carderock, including development of associated documentation including plans; schedules; reports; histories; specifications; requirements traceability; detailed technical documentation tracking; reviews of data deliverables; and technical libraries.
